Whether you're just starting out or already have experience with cold therapy, this routine will help you get the most out of your ice bath. Follow the steps calmly for a safe, controlled, and refreshing experience.

Fill your ice bath with the Optimice cooling elements and let the water reach the desired temperature. Ensure a calm environment and take a moment to calm your breathing before stepping into the ice bath.

2. time to cool down

Enter the ice bath calmly and take your time to settle in. Focus on calm, controlled breathing and stay connected to your body. Remain in the bath for as long as it feels comfortable and manageable, without forcing it.
